After tuning up the bikes, Cougina was sitting on the porch having a ciggy, when he called me to come look. The photo at left shows the refractive image on our shady sidewalk. We traced it to sunlight passing through a clear plastic bicycle reflector. Only after downloading the photo did we notice the visible beam of white light. Please note that the white light points to the red, and the prism spreads out from the red...
...We went back inside the casita, and Cougina noticed another prism on our front door. Notice the dirty water spots in the background of the photo at right. Hermetics who were involved in our recent discussion of the order of purple and indigo in the chakra system, please notice that the red flows into green, blue, and purple, and and that the edges, in fact the entire surround, is that very dark purple-into-black that we call indigo.

so i found the meditation, had to google images of a rainbow to see the colors, googled chakras to see their locations and did the meditation. It was hard to see indigo so the explanation you wrote was helpful here. The photo you took outside the casita.
The images of rainbows showed red always on the top and yet the meditation calls for red to end up in the root chakra. just seems reversed. anyway...i'll continue doin it. later-
