What does that mean? Basically, it means that we are going to continue doing our readings on HD video internet connection. We are going to continue to make and sell Ayurvedic jewelry to help you control your emotions and your health. Most importantly, we are going to walk the talk. The first precept of Hermetics is "Do no harm." Recently, in one of my classes, while I was trying to show people how to use basic principles of reality to control it, one of my most promising fellows was concerned that he may harm someone by doing the exercise.
NOW LET'S TALK TURKEY. DO YOU DRIVE A CAR? YOU'RE GOING TO HURT MORE PEOPLE THAT WAY THAN YOU WOULD ON A BICYCLE. SEE, DO NO HARM. DON'T BITCH ABOUT THE RAINFOREST AND DRIVE A JAGUAR OR A LAND ROVER. UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU'RE A LOT WORSE THAN A BUNCH OF FARTING COWS.
Now, as we proceed toward takeoff, and today it seems to be creeping very close, we remind everyone that The Old Man's Journey is basically the travelog of a couple of Hermetic adepts who just happen to be traveling by bicycle. We'll have a computer and a hot spot and solar panels and video cameras. We just won't have running water or a toilet. BUT LORDY LORDY! ARE WE HAPPY?
... We'll let you know in a few weeks. In the meantime, any follower who would like to host us, either for redneck bullshit, or for the possibility of a couple of metaphysical aura and tarot readings, would be greatly appreciated. We're not sure we want to do the couch surfing movie yet. We'd rather meet people who already know a bit about us, so that we don't totally freak you out. :)
