This is the wonderful gentleman who is hosting me in tucson////he has been coaching most of his life first as a middle child/ then as a business owner who had to coach his employees.
His formal training began in 1997 when he enrolled in COACH UNIVERSITY , then to enhance this he became a CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst) and a CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) in 1998 which gave him access to some of the best personal assessment tools available.
